NEGOTIATOR
We are looking
for an
experience
Negotiator to
help the company
to progress.
Role:
• To promote and
expand the
Agents name
• Dealing with
both Landlords
and Tenants
• Arrange and
attend viewings
• Agree Tenancy
Contracts
• Managing
properties when
occupied which
include viewings
• To generate
your own
Lettings leads
via canvassing
Requirements:
• Excellent
communicator
• Self motivated
and able to work
independently
• Committed to
meeting
deadlines and
targets
• Well presented
and confident
• Full UK
Driving Licence
and own car

commission OTE
£12,000 -
